TLF scholars win medals at Cyprus’s first IOAI participation
Cyprus took part in the International Olympiad in Artificial Intelligence (IOAI) for the first time this year. The TLF Foundation supported the participation of one of the two official Cyprus teams.
The Cyprus team won four bronze medals, including one awarded to Amir Daiyrov, a TLF scholar at The Island School.
The team also received two Honourable Mentions. One of them went to Artem Konyuhov, another TLF scholar at The Island School.
The International Olympiad in Artificial Intelligence brings together students from around the world to compete in artificial intelligence and machine learning. For the Cyprus team, the competition was an opportunity to test their knowledge at an international level and meet participants from other countries.
We congratulate Amir, Artem and the entire Cyprus team on their results.
