Pumpkin Fields, Paintball and New Experiences: TLF Scholars’ Autumn Break at H‑FARM IS

Autumn in Italy is a great reason to explore beyond the school campus, especially when there are places nearby that many students have never visited. During the autumn break, Technology Leaders of the Future scholars at H-FARM International School in Italy set off for new experiences: a pumpkin village, paintball and a trip to the zoo.
The pumpkin village at Nonno Andrea
One outing took the students to Nonno Andrea, a pumpkin village, where they explored the autumn decorations, tried to find their way out of a corn maze and played games with friends.
Paintball and teamwork
For Halloween, the TLF students went paintballing. Speed and accuracy mattered, but so did working together as a team.
TLF scholar Radomir Tsaregorodtsev shared his favourite moments from the break:
“I really enjoyed paintball, even though our team didn’t win! And visiting the pumpkin village was a completely new experience for me. The atmosphere and playing games with friends were particularly memorable.”
A zoo visit and dinner together
The programme did not end there. The scholars also visited a zoo, where they saw a wide variety of animals, from land animals to marine life.
They also got together for a Mexican dinner to try new dishes and spend time with one another.
Time to rest and plan for the future
Not every day off was spent on trips. Some students chose to relax on campus, while others focused on their studies.
Final-year students were particularly busy preparing university applications, and a few days away from the usual timetable came at just the right time.
Everyone found their own balance between rest, new experiences and plans for the future.
